SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

Job Summary

Frantz Building Services is currently seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner for a production environment. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing routine cleaning and sanitation duties in manufacturing and common areas.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced production setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain production floor walkways
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, and high-touch areas
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees
• Follow all company and site safety procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Perform additional janitorial duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable Transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in an active production environment

Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required
• Must be willing to wear safety glasses and hearing protection ( Provided)
